Matthew 15:18-19 “But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man 'unclean.' (19) For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.

How important, to God, is our heart condition?

  •  If Jesus has our heart, He will set our labor.
  • Jesus cares about your heart, not what you are doing.
  • The Natural has Parallels with the Spiritual.
  • The Matters of the Heart, Matter to God!
  • Recognizing Symptoms

Our Heart Health status impacts all of life.

Psalm 139:23-24 “Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”


“Don’t Be Afraid”

“Don’t worry upward and call it prayer.”

Mark 5:36 Ignoring what they said, Jesus told the synagogue ruler, "Don't be afraid; just believe."

Three prayer situation in Mark 5:
Jesus heal a Man with a demon.

1. Pray for someone who is out of control.
2. Pray for someone with a physical lost cause.

Jesus heal a women and Jairus’s Daughter.

3. Pray for a helpless situation.


“Love One Another” – “God gave love to us to give out” – The way to Love 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 - * 1Cor. 13:8 “Love never fails.” - * Love is indispensable. - * We need to be filled up with Jesus all the time. - * God takes what you have and pours out through you. John 15:12-13 “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.”

  • He helps us understand the mysteries of God.
  • The Holy Spirit brings us into fellowship.

    1. The Spirit enlarges your faith.
    2. The Holy Spirit enriches you with love.
    3. The Holy Spirit enlightens your perspective.
  • We need to Welcome the Holy Spirit, Call upon Him, and Allow Him to Help us in these areas:
    • Enlarge your Faith
    • Enrich you with Agape Love
    • Enlighten your Perspectives

The gifts of the spirit Are the Means THROUGH which God’s Kingdom & Will are done on the earth!

  • “Gifts” / Charisma = literally “Grace gifts” from Spirit/pneuma
  • “Service” / Diakonia = literally “serving” others! from Lord/kurios – Jesus/Son
  • “Working” / Energema = Activities, Administrate from God/theos

The Body of Christ & The Gifts

The manifestation of the spirit

  • “Manifestation” = “Expression/ Exhibition of the Spirit”
  • With each Gift – God Reveals something about Himself
  • VOCAL GIFTS – Tongues, Interp. of Tongues, Prophecy = He cares about us.
  • POWER GIFTS – Healing, Miracles, Faith = He is Mighty!
  • REVELATORY GIFTS – Word of Knowledge, Word of Wisdom, Discerning between spirits – Sees, hears & knows all!
