“What Following Christ Looks Like”

The Conference at Fano

  • Actions must follow what one believe, or else one could not claim to believe it.
  • The last words of his speech: “What are we waiting for? The time is late.”

What does “Deny Yourself” Mean?

  • Hebrews 11:39 These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised.
  • Philippians 3:7-8 But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. (8) What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ

What does it mean to live boldly?

  • It means being unashamed to speak of Christ, to show His love, and to stand for justice, even when it comes at a personal cost.
